During the last 8 years I have bought and sold 9 properties and have known 30+ real estate agents and agency owners. Matt Salvatoriello is absolutely the best real estate professional I have encountered. He, unlike so many others, listens to his clients and searches for his clients’ criteria. Not only did he show me what I wanted, but he exceeded my expectations and showed me better than I imagined. After only four properties, two in one building and two in another… I bought one. Matt showed me a condo I loved at 3PM. I made an offer at 5PM. The next morning it was accepted and we were in contract in less than 22 hours.
