5 stars really isn’t enough to give his professionalism. Matt’s excellence is really solid and consistent. As home buyers, we really couldn’t be happier that we found Matt. Following are the things that I think Matt has been consistently exceeded 1. Expertise-we all know that the quickest way to know a person’s level of knowledge is by asking tons of questions I couldn’t recall the specific questions that I’ve asked Matt there were so many, but I was very impressed every time when I got the response from Matt. His expertise and timely response makes him really reliable. 2. Timely communication – Matt has so many clients at hands but I was amazed by how he was still able to respond to my emails and phone calls in a very timely manner. It’s not just about the deliver on time; it’s the accuracy of his response and the knowledge he has that really makes the whole home buying process smooth. 3. Care – this is where I really think Matt went above and beyond. A month after the sale one of us had a stroke, Matt has been in constant contact with us, offering his support and assistance. Matt Salvatoriello is absolutely the best real estate professional I have encountered. He, unlike so many others, listens to his clients and searches for his clients’ criteria. Matt showed me a condo I loved at 3PM. I made an offer at 5PM. The next morning it was accepted and we were in contract in less than 22 hours. "Over the years and decades, we have used many different realtors for buying and selling homes in multiple states and have always been amazed at how different the buying/selling experience can be from one realtor to the next. In my previous review, I mentioned how realtors can vary widely and how we have found that there appears to be an abundance of part-time realtors in the Fort Lauderdale area that will approach you once they hear that you are looking to buy a new condo or home.We know this from experience and have lost count of how many people approached us during our many vacations and visits to the area. It was almost a constant source of amusement for us how many people would approach us once they heard that we were looking for a home. They ranged from seasoned career real estate professionals to "I have a license, but haven't sold a home in years!" Some of them, we wondered if they had ever sold a home.All fun aside, for most of us, the purchase of a home is the biggest purchase we will ever make in our lifetime. The choice of a proper realtor is critical to your success and is something that should not be taken lightly. Nothing beats a dedicated, full-time career professional with years of experience.Just like how we shy away from discount haircuts, bargain tattoos, 50% off clearance parachutes, and on the spot auto body/car repair offers on the street, they may get the job done (or maybe not), but when it is something this important, you don't want good enough...you want the very best! What you need is to do your homework and due diligence and get the very best and most qualified person out there for the job.
